Mechanical rough in remodel

Mechanical Rough-in is a process of installing the basic components of a mechanical system prior to the finishing work. This process on a remodel usually occurs during the demolition and construction phase. The mechanical system typically includes heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical components. The existing system is removed and replaced with all new ductwork, vents, boot and new HVAC system.
